All warnings and signs of some associated diseases vary in high blood cholesterol, high glucose blood level and high levels of blood pressure. People whose weights are concentrated to their stomachs are prone to having heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
Health issues related to adult obesity usually occurs in the form of strokes and other heart diseases. Obesity is often times linked to these diseases and this may lead to disability or sometimes death.

These may be due to the extra weight, high fat or because of the high-calorie intakes that have been stored in their body as fats.
Diseases in the gall bladder and in the gall stones are common health risks of obesity. As the weight increases, the risk for diseases also increases. There isn’t really any evidence that shows how obesity causes gallbladder disease. Osteoarthritis is also a risk of obesity. It is a condition that often causes too much pain in the hip, knee, and lower back extremities. Added pressure in the joints is caused by the extra pounds in the body.
Gout disease causes pain in the joints that are primarily affected by increased levels of uric acid. Crystal-like masses that drop in the joints are formed. Gout is also widespread in obese people. This leads to increased risks for this disorder most especially if the weight is concentrated on the higher extremities. Sleep apnea is also linked to health risk associated of obesity. This condition is a condition of severe inhalation that is related to being obese.
Health risks associated with obesity can be avoided by eating the right food with less fats and cholesterol and by getting enough exercise. These may sound simple but these ways are very effective in keeping your weight normal and avoiding the chances and possibilities of being obese.

I couldn't agree more. However, it sometimes becomes difficult for the person to lose weight. It is easier to say live a healthy life but it takes a lot of work to lose weight.
