Tips to avoid flatulence.......

Flatulence is an indication that excess stomach gas.Based on the research, the main source of this problem is a slow process of digestion.If we include people who experience frequent flatulence problem, maybe there is something wrong with our eating habits.

  • Reduce consumption of foods that can cause gas in the stomach, such as cabbage, broccoli, onions, peppers, and citrus fruits.
  • Avoid stress, eat in a hurry, and too much to drink at meals.
  • Consumption of fruit pineapple and asparagus.Pineapple contains bromelin enzyme that can help the digestive function.While the asparagus, a probiotic that can facilitate the beneficial bacteria, which is useful in reducing the excess gas in the intestines.
  • Drinking tea mixed with some herbal plants that are carminative (overcoming flatulence), such as peppermint, ginger, lemon, or chamomile tea.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
    liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
