How to quit smoking Indonesian-style


Many people who want to quit smoking but still find it difficult to imagine the joy for ever smoke cigarettes.Therefore, many methods were developed to help people quit smoking, both traditional and scientific.

In Indonesia emerging places that provide smoking cessation therapy.However, the most important among all these therapies to successfully stop smoking is sincerity of intention.

1.Acupuncture cigarettes

This method uses Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) that combines the theory of acupuncture and spirituality.Unlike acupuncture, the patients were given only tap on the meridian points.Prior to therapy, patients were also asked to pray first.

2. Therapy boil patients

In Purbalingga, Central Java, there is a unique treatment for cigarette and drug addicts by boiling on the stove.Therapy was initiated by Maulana Ahmad Ichsan or Ustadz Ichsan.

Boiling is done just like boiling corn, beans and cassava, but without a covered container.After boiling, the water in the drum will be given the ingredients and  tempe yeast then mixed with Tawassul  water.

3.Ginger candy

People often feel nauseous when I have to quit smoking because nicotine is addictive reaction.Ginger may reduce nausea caused by nicotine withdrawal.Therefore, some people then use ginger candy to overcome nicotine addiction.

4.Herbal cigarettes

Herbal cigarettes usually contain a mixture of herbs with different flavors that can provide a certain smell in smokers.The aroma contained in cigarettes are herbal mint, cloves, cinnamon, jasmine, rose and menthol.

However, this method has not been sufficiently considered ineffective and risky because it produces fumes that are harmful to the body burning.In addition, the resulting smoke can also disturb others.

5.Smoking in large quantities at once

This method is used with the aim of making people tired of smoking.How, asked to smoke a cigarette addict 10 cigarettes or more at once.If still not, the smoker may be asked to drink a fluid mix of tobacco and onions.In this way, the smoker will feel disgusted and reluctant to smoke again.This method is fairly
extreme and could be a risk to health.

6.Fasting

The way this one is relatively more secure at the same time can be closer to God.In the month of Ramadan, many people who have gradually managed to leave the habit of smoking.After the month of Ramadan is over, the habit of consuming cigarettes can be suppressed.

  1. Yea, I agree you. I finally switched to e-cigs. No tobacco, no tar, no smoke. It is widely known that tobacco-based cigarettes contain around 4 000 harmful chemicals including arsenic, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide and carbon monoxide. About 50 of these chemicals are thought to be carcinogenic. E cigarettes do not contain tobacco or tar and produce no smoke! I'm enjoining so much!
